As part of the consultancy services, we will ensure that the Total Quality Management (TQM) System is in place in the management of project's safety, delivery (time), cost, products/ services (quality), environmental control and public engagement & communication. We will develop a TQM System for each project, as every project is unique with its own challenges and ensure the TQM system should be in place and permeate in all the stages of works.
